Although not photographed at Leesylvania, I added to this gallery an image of a beaver that was on the shoreline near our dock. I grabbed my camera when I saw it from inside the house, and ran down to photograph it. As I approached the dock, the beaver slid into the lake and swam away. It had just rained, and the wind and rain washed into the lake all of the pollen, leaf buds and other spring blooms seen around the beaver, making an interesting background. The white swirls are reflections from the clouds above.
